Following an early sales career Graham became the Pharma Industry’s youngest sales manager, then left J&J to be a founder of a startup, Innovex , then Quintiles and now IQVIA the world’s largest CRO, During this period Graham led the UK and moved to the USA, he generated over 50% of the groups business and managed growth averages of 60% per/an across 11 countries and 3500 staff.

Upon sale of £500m, he exited and took up his first Chairman role leading the growth and exit of Healthcare Logistics, becoming the UK’s largest Healthcare logistics business with a £50m exit after 7 years with10-fold growth. Graham followed his passion for coaching and Qualified as a Shirlaw’s coach and now coaching clients for exit and wealth creation is his focus. Involved in 16 start-ups, and chaired 6 businesses.


He has had a Domiciliary care business in Wokingham for 13 years, previously ran 4 care homes, 2 to exit and was on the board of the Berkshire Care Association for 3 years, his induction to care was via a systems solution where he visited and audited over 40 care homes to get a solid understanding of key issues within the sector.


In his spare time Graham is an occasional golfer, previously a successful semi-professional Rally driver, which is a hard act to follow.
