Trent began his career in med-tech, leveraging technology to improve patient care. In the 35+ years since, his career has evolved to provide international leadership experience, guiding boards and corporations to drive meaningful global impact. A dynamic and purpose-driven leader, Trent is passionate about building high-performance teams that deliver superior results and enhance shareholder value.

Trent is an experienced Chair, having served multiple early-stage and growth organisations. He also serves on the board of Magnetic North Acquisition Corporation, a global private equity firm. Previously, Mr. Larson has worked for Fortune 500 companies IBM and Cisco, plus Big 4 consulting firm KPMG. This unique combination of early-stage and large enterprise experience enables Trent to navigate Monte Cristo Care through its evolution to a major player in the Care Home sector.



Beyond his corporate achievements, Trent is deeply committed to philanthropy, supporting charities for the homeless and disadvantaged. He is an avid athlete and outdoorsman, often found embracing the Canadian wilderness.
