Razvan’s early career was academic and focused on his engineering expertise.

Following his B Tech in 2014, Razvan’s Grandfather became ill and developed dementia. He supported him and the family, during which time he became very aware of the issues surrounding available support for dementia sufferers.



This became of interest to him.

After his Degree, Razvan moved to India where he lectured Civil Engineering at the Punjab Technical University and then completed his Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering at IIT Madras. He then moved to Singapore to an engineering role.

Having started to research the Care Home market Razvan moved to the UK, supported by engineering roles while he developed a plan to build a Care business to elevate levels of care and grow a significant business. His first task was to source and select a strong team to bring the skills he has not yet developed and get the business started.

Razvan’s role will play to his strengths in research and analysis, leading the deal flow and working with his colleagues to source and deliver acquisitions from BD to DD.
