Chief People Officer

Having started his career in recruitment, Pritul moved into an HR leadership role at SOFGEN where he became the HR Director with a global team of 20 responsible for day-to-day operations, HR due diligence/integration of 10 acquisitions, and implementation of a Global HR System.

Following the sale of SOFGEN to the Indian tech giant, Tech Mahindra, Pritul started his own entrepreneurial journey as Founder & CEO of People Force, a highly successful boutique consultancy specialising in HR tech selection & implementation, Strategic HR Consulting, Payroll, and Immigration services.

In 2023, People Force was sold to PwC UK, where Pritul worked as Director leading one of the HR Technology teams until December 2024. 

At the beginning of 2025, Pritul embarked on a portfolio career made up of Board Advisory, Non-Executive Director, and Fractional roles.

Alongside this, Pritul has built a diverse investment portfolio across 12 UK start-ups and early-stage businesses spanning multiple sectors. His expertise in HR, HR tech, culture, and people management will be key within Monte Cristo Care as we grow a significant workforce. 

In his spare time, Pritul enjoys socialising with friends & family, playing cricket, and going to watch his football team (Spurs) play.
