Clint Schick

Clinton Schick is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of leadership experience spanning healthcare technology, international business development, logistics and commercial operations.

As President of Strata Health Solutions Inc.; and later founder and CEO of Strata Health UK Ltd. he led the company’s global expansion across North America, the UK, France, Ireland, Australia and NZ. Clint was instrumental in securing venture capital, managing M&A initiatives, and overseeing all aspects of company operations, culminating in a successful sale of the business in 2024.

His earlier roles at Saputo Inc. (DairyWorld), S.C. Johnson and Cadbury’s / George Weston Corp. included leading strategic integrations (M&A), global branding campaigns, ISO level accredited manufacturing, directing large-scale international sales teams, and managing exports across 22 Countries representing Canadian manufacturers at the WTO.

Clint holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from the University of Manitoba, completed executive education at Oxford University, and is completing a Chartered Directorship with the Institute of Directors, London.

His leadership is defined by strategic vision, operational excellence, and a commitment to sustained business growth.
